Wheel Throwing Taster

Class Description

➤ 3-hour class, in English ➤ Ages 15+ ➤ €55 per participant ➤ All materials included ➤ No prior experience needed You’ll begin by getting acquainted with the clay and learning the fundamental techniques: centering, opening, and pulling the walls to shape your vessel. With close individual guidance, you’ll create 1–2 pieces — perhaps a small bowl, cup, or petite vase — and enjoy the satisfying experience of forming them on the wheel, even as a complete beginner. After the workshop, we will take care of double firing your pieces, and when they emerge from the kiln, they’ll be ready for you to collect, use, and treasure. International shipment is available for a flat fee. If you loved the experience and want to continue working on your pieces and developing in the art of wheel throwing, you will be able to enroll in one of our courses, with afternoon or morning sessions to choose from.
